• 2/3 C oats
• 2/3 C water
• 1/2 C milk
• 1 T chia seeds
• 1 pear
• ¼ C sultanas
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 1 T honey

Method
- Put the oats and water into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 2:30. (Check at regular intervals to prevent the oats from rising out of the bowl).
- Chop the pear into small pieces. (I leave a few slices for decoration)
- Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the milk.
- Add the honey, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, sultanas, pear pieces and stir!
- Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
