share my passion for healthy food, my recipes and tips!
For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Erin (@healthy.hippy on Instagram), I am 19 years old and I live in South Australia! I am a vegetarian, animal lover and free spirit hoping to inspire other people around the world into a healthy, cruelty free lifestyle!
I started my Instagram account only a few months ago. My goal was to motivate myself into eating a healthier diet in order to improve the quality of my life and lead a better lifestyle as well as inspiring others to do the same along the way!
One of the best things about having a health based instragram/ blog is that it has helped me to learn to accept and love myself for who I am, which has been a huge issue for me and one that I have struggled with for years. Not only am I learning new things about nutrition, or discovering new recipes but I am learning to nourish and nurture myself with wholefoods. For me it’s not just about the food, but the journey of improving my physical and mental wellbeing. Over the past few months I have grown so much. I have become healthier, which has made me happier and has led me to have a more positive outlook on life and myself in general.
