A quick & easy way to fuel your body
before a workout!
Ingredients // Serves 1
• 2/3 C oats
• 2/3 C water
• 1/2 C milk of your choice
• 2 T Mayver’s Dark Chocolate Super Spread
• 1 scoop protein powder
• Toppings of your choice

Method
- Put the oats and water into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 2:30. (Check at regular intervals to prevent the oats from rising out of the bowl).
- Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the milk.
- Stir in the protein powder and Mayver’s spread.
- Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
