This recipe is the perfect dip for sweet potato fries, nachos, veggie sticks or anything else that goes well with avocado!
• 1 ripe avocado*
• Salt & pepper (to taste)
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 T organic hemp seeds
• ½ diced tomato
• ¼ diced capsicum
*One avocado generally serves 2 people
- Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and use a fork to mash it until almost smooth.
- Add the lemon juice, salt & pepper and mash again.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve!
