Ingredients // Makes approx. 1L
• 1 C coconut water
• 2 C baby spinach
• 2 bananas
• 1 C pineapple
• 1 C mango
• 1 passionfruit (optional)
• 1 T LSA meal
• 2 tsp camu camu powder
- Blend the spinach and coconut water until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again!
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Tip: Some of my favourite toppings include hemp seeds, shredded coconut, goji berries, passionfruit pulp, sunflower seeds and pepitas.
