Feeling tired, run-down or just need something extra to help you get through your day? Then this energy boosting smoothie is perfect for you!
Ingredients // Makes approx. 1L
• 1 C coconut water
• 2 C baby spinach
• 1 banana
• 1 orange
• 1/2 C pineapple
• 2 kiwi fruit
• juice of ½ lemon / lime
• 1 T LSA meal
• 2 tsp maca powder
• 1 tsp spirulina (optional)
Method
Tip: Some of my favourite toppings include hemp seeds, shredded coconut, goji berries, passionfruit pulp, sunflower seeds and pepitas.

Method
- Blend the spinach and coconut water until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again!
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
