drinking this vitamin C packed smoothie!
Ingredients // Makes approx. 500mL
• 3 oranges (peeled & chopped)
• 1.5 C mixed frozen berries
• 1 T LSA meal
• 2 tsp camu powder
• 1 tsp maca powder
- Simply put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
