A healthier alternative to the classic dessert!
Ingredients // Serves 1
• 1 ripe banana
• 1/2 C organic yoghurt
• Cinnamon
• Drizzle of organic honey / maple syrup
• A selection of toppings (Eg. Raw cacao nibs,
nuts, shredded coconut, strawberries,
cherries, peanut butter, chia seeds).
Method
Ingredients // Serves 1
• 1 ripe banana
• 1/2 C organic yoghurt
• Cinnamon
• Drizzle of organic honey / maple syrup
• A selection of toppings (Eg. Raw cacao nibs,
nuts, shredded coconut, strawberries,
cherries, peanut butter, chia seeds).
Method
- Cut the banana in half, lengthways and place in a bowl.
- Drizzle with honey and scoop the yoghurt on top.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon over the yoghurt.
- Top with your chosen toppings and enjoy!!!
