Who doesn’t love watermelon?! This is the perfect way to stay hydrated on a hot Summer’s day!
Ingredients // Makes approx. 600mL
• 2 - 3 C watermelon (Fresh or frozen)
• 1 C coconut water
• Juice of ½ a lemon or lime
• ¼ C frozen raspberries
• Sprigs of mint (Optional - Can be used both as an ingredient and as a garnish!)
Method
Tip: If you are using fresh watermelon you might want to add in a few ice cubes so that it becomes thicker!

- Combine all the ingredients in the blender until a slushie-like consistency has formed!
