Green smoothies are packed full of iron, potassium and vitamins and are a great way to get some extra sneaky veggies into your diet! This smoothie is great for beginners or those of you who don’t like green smoothies! Trust me, you can’t even taste the spinach so just give it a try!
Ingredients // Makes approx. 1L
• 1 C coconut water
• 2 C baby spinach
• 2 bananas
• 1 C pineapple
• 1 C mango
• 1 passionfruit (optional)
• 1 T LSA meal
• 2 tsp camu camu powder
Method
Tip: Some of my favourite toppings include hemp seeds, shredded coconut, goji berries, passionfruit pulp, sunflower seeds and pepitas.

- Blend the spinach and coconut water until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again!
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
