Known for their beautiful, dark colour, Blackberries have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all fruits and contain a wide range of health benefits including the ability to help prevent cancer, reduce your risk of heart problems and help relieve PMS symptoms. These berries can also help skin and eye health, help kill oral bacteria, are low in calories and basically fat free, high in fibre and rich in nutrients which makes them a great choice for those of you trying to maintain or lose weight.
Ingredients // Makes approx. 700mL
• 1 C almond milk
• 2 bananas
• ½ C organic yoghurt
• 1 C frozen blackberries
• 1 T LSA meal
• 2 tsp organic honey
• 3 tsp açaí powder
*For a vegan alternative, replace yoghurt with another 1/2 C of almond milk and omit honey
