Ingredients // Makes approx. 500mL
• 1 C almond milk
• ½ C organic yoghurt
• 2 bananas
• 10 fresh strawberries
• 2 T hemp seeds
• 1 T chia seeds
• 1 T LSA meal
• 1 T organic honey
• ½ C oats (optional)
